dIELTS has no accounts, so we cannot look you up. That means the detail you send is all we have to work from. The four things that help most:

• ·Which screen you were on — the web address is perfect.
• ·What you expected, and what happened instead.
• ·Your phone or computer, and which browser (for example: iPhone 13, Safari).
• ·Roughly when it happened.

If a recording failed to score, please say whether you saw an error message and whether trying again worked.

We aim to reply within five working days. Privacy requests — asking what we hold, or asking us to delete it — are answered within 30 days, as Canadian privacy law requires. What we hold and what deletion means in practice is set out on the Privacy page.

If you teach IELTS and want to try dIELTS with a class, write to the same address and say how many students and when their exams are. That is the setting dIELTS was built for, and we would rather hear from you early.
